Not great work/life balance - very stressful

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGood benefits and a friendly culture.

ConsHigh turnover rate - was told to bring my infant to work late at night if I had work to finish rather than working from home.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Be Warned

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    ProsMedical benefits; casual dress code

ConsThis firm plays by its own set of HR rules, regardless of how unprofessional and unethical those rules may be. As the other reviews state, an annual purging of employees is very real at this place and nobody is safe. Associates work long hours, including while on their vacations and weekends. With the abundance of prestigious law firms in the Philadelphia area, I recommend seeking employment elsewhere.

    Run

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Radnor, PA

ProsThe Firm seems to be growing at a fast pace. They pay their employees well and offer full benefits, which is unheard of these days. Dress is casual.

ConsNot the best place I have worked, to say the least. Communication between upper management and staff is condescending at best. It is an extremely unprofessional environment. Many fear for their jobs on a day to day basis.

    Daily pressure to perform

    Associate (Former Employee)

ProsFirm gives you freedom to work independently, and does not micro-manage attorneys and staff. Provides immediate opportunity to practice law.

ConsFirm has reputation of churning associates. Staff joke about the annual purging of personnel in October before bonuses are calculated. Stress level is high among staff - daily concern about job security.
