I worked at Key Tours for less than a year

    Pros

Great location in fairfax. Employees are very nice.

    Cons

There's little to no training. Very strong personalities. Employees can be hard to reach as many of them work in different areas in the world.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The interview process is a joke and unless you need a job very badly, I suggest you prepare to take the lead and try to lay out the job duties so that all parties understand what you intend to be doing. I was told one thing and asked to do another.

    Doesn't Recommend
