Former Employee – worked at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – None! People seems very nice but most get to come and go as they please.
Cons – CEO is hot tempered and constantly belittling his team/ employees. No raises but expected to work long hours and weekends. Poor management decisions. Hired a new COO with no management savvy rather bullies employees. No room to grow ever.
Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of COO and CEO once word eats out to the bigger clients that the company is unethical less and less work will be awarded
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at KeyLogic Systems, Inc. full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – CEO knows most on site & off site employees by name, VPs are cordial, many company events.
Cons – Executive Management takes care of themselves, no potential growth for those hired with just a few years experience but excellent job performance, CEO indecisive about meetings due to CEO vacations, CEO has a temper, is rude & yells in the office, HR slow to recruit, advertise many positions but positions aren't really available. Company is attempting to recruit vets at lower pay scale,
Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your current employees, diversify staff as there are minimal minorities in company much less at executive level, CEO needs to vacation less & concentrate on growing contract wins
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – Company does pay attention to the balance between work & home life. There is support of activities after work. Communication from management to employees is good.
Cons – Employees do not have a voice. While communication from management to employees is good, employee suggestions are ignored and employees have no outlet. Salaries are average. Raises for employees are often 15-16 months apart; 4% raises are considered good, even while executives take home 6-10% raises.
Advice to Senior Management – Employees have a lot to offer. You need to provide a means for KeyLogic employees to take active part in company.

Current Employee – been working at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – It was my first job out of school, and it was a laid back company
Cons – Pay was very low, and the VP at the time was not a good manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Stay cool

Current Employee – been working at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – Dynamic projects. Great co-workers. Fun atmosphere. Not micro-managed.
Cons – Too many false changes and decisions - new processes that we are to embrace and never executed or implemented and no further word about it.
Decisions on new processes once made by senior management - senior management should stick to it and not over analyze it. Over analyzing should be done PRIOR to rolling it out to staff.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop the changes and new processes - finalize it - then FOLLOW THROUGH.

Current Employee – been working at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – KeyLogic has smart and motivated employees. The employees really care about their customers and getting the job done right. There's a real team environment and great atmosphere. Management really recognizes good work by employees. Company is motivated and growing and improving. KeyLogic has great celebration events.
Cons – Make sure they keep doing things the way they do now and don't lose the special energy as they continue to grow. Always keep the fast pace environment and can do attitude. Many companies lose this as they grow.
Advice to Senior Management – Have another celebration cruise like they did for the company's 10th anniversary where they took all employees and a guest for a cruise in the Caribbean - all paid for by KeyLogic. I heard is was unbelievable. What a great thing to do for their employees to show them how much they're appreciated. You just don't hear of companies that do things like that.

Former Employee – worked at KeyLogic Systems, Inc.
Pros – It was okay experience and helped lead to a better job at another company. If I had to do it all over again, I would have worked there again.
Cons – The hiring process should have been my first clue. I did a phone interview and followed up 3 times in 4 months. After this, I completely wrote them off because when the recruiter ignored my 2 phone calls and 1 e-mail. They hired me and it was an okay place to work but I should've taken the hiring process as a warning of things to come. I found deparmental communications to be lacking and it was frustrating.
Unfortunately, the company I was at previously had merged and downsizing was happening so I felt compelled to accept any other offer that was presented.
Advice to Senior Management – Open the lines of communication more. It shouldn't be like pulling teeth to have you communicate better with your employees.
