    Pros

Great opportunity! Fun fulfilling environment. Wonderful people. Great training program.

    Cons

Difficulty finding people that want to provide more than a babysitting service.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to explain to new employees that they will be required to teach, clean, and be professional. Many don't last past a couple of weeks when they realize Kids R Kids is a school not a babysitting service.

    Pros

I really love where I work. I think they are very supportive and that they give lots of opportunities for growth within the company. I love how I have been able to grow and take on more responsibilities as time has gone on.

    Cons

Finding the time to get everything done is a big challenge and finding way to grow the programs that I am in charge of can at times be challenging.

    Pros

The administrative staff is excellent. The principal and both assistant principals are awesome! The kitchen is very nice and accessible.

    Cons

Sick days must be scheduled, which is difficult to do considering you cannot predict illness
Excessive paperwork, little guidance, limited creativity, limited time teaching,

    Advice to Management

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians.

    Pros

The children were great, very clean environment, full time and the pay was pretty good.

    Cons

Not organized, management only cared about money, no vacation time, barely any time off.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention and treat your employees better.

    Pros

If the school has a director, and they are a quality employee, the school will, more than likely, have quality care and policies and methods. Rooms are, indeed, clean and normally stocked with nice items.

    Cons

School leadership is ALWAYS hit or miss if the owners do not care. Teachers may genuinely care about their students, but it is difficult to produce effective teaching methods and care methods if the owners do not invest in their schools.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to more often send a corporate employee to your schools to inspect not just the children's care, but the methods of which they use to discipline, how they construct a curriculum, and their director's programs, if they at all have one.
