Good company-lots of opportunity to advance

    Recruiter (Former Employee) Asheville, NC

ProsIf you work hard and don't have a problem fulfilling minimum requirements, there is a lot of potential for growth and high compensation.

Consno complaints-worked here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed it.

Advice to Senior ManagementCEO could stand to be a little more light-hearted and approachable. Profits from the good times could be used more to reward employees rather than be used on philanthropic ventures.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Executive Recruiter

    Recruiter (Former Employee) Asheville, NC

ProsGood name in the Construction Recruiting Industry. Staff is on top of their game in their respective fields. Owner very giving when times are good.

ConsPhone intensive. 60 cold calls a day is required for begginers. Recruiters are limited to sub-par salaries often well under 30k year. Consultants have unlimited potential as with most sales jobs and many do very well, but staff work off a draw that can cut your big pay day.

Advice to Senior ManagementCompany is well run but as with many sales type positions it is very sink or swim for new employees with very little in the the way of compensation

There is a positive encouraging environment here.

    Recruiter (Current Employee)

ProsA great place to be a recruiter. Professional, ethical and responsive attitudes. Well thought of in their markets.

ConsRecruiting is a hard business. It requires perseverance and skill.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doiung what you are doing.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
