Pros – Kinder Morgan's policy of fiscal responsibility is the leading reason why they are such a stable company. The management has a no-nonsense attitude that is refreshing. Kinder Morgan is large enough to provide good benefits while still small enough to avoid feeling like a number. The employees are generally friendly and team-oriented.
