Pros – Unlimited opportunity to get involved with any and all aspects of the business. Decent work life balance. Great opportunity to get experience.

Cons – Tons of recent senior managment change. However current team is a step in the right direction in getting King where it should be going.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep the momtmetum going from the recent change, and truly gain an undertanding of the business and markets. Good Luck

Pros – Compensation for management is great.
Work/Family Balance
Nonmanagement employees are good to work with.

Cons – Compensation for hourly and non-management is poor.
Company is incapable of reaching financial goals.
Raises are nonexistent. Bonus are identified but never given.
Management is constantly changing because no one can meet unrealistic financial targets.
New Manufacturing Director is incompetent and has caused a drop in productivity and turmoil among management staff.

Advice to Senior Management – How many more staff changes before you accept that you purchased a company with substantial capital investment requirements? How many other staff changes will be required until you accept that the new Director of Production is incompetent and her only skill is finding other people to scapegoat?

Pros – decent new product for critical care

Cons – managers do not come and ride with you to have an understanding of what you do in the field.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to grow market share. staying pat will now allow you to advance in the market place. Allow individual ideas per case rather that cart blanch for all customers.
