Pros

Kitchell is a medium to large size construction company. It's well established and many office locations. Employees are friendly and easy going; not all but most. Company understands family and work relations. The company has gained respect in the industry. Has several divisions and ranks in order to grow in the company.

Cons

Sometimes it feels las if your work is not appreciated. Supervisors don't always take time to listen or teach someone. Helath care insurance is not the best. No room for creativity, everythihg has a procedure that needs to be followed. It seems that new ideas are not welcomed. Equipment and materials are not always available.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to employees, they are the ones dealing with all the day to day problems.
