A good place to grow, at a cost.

Network Administrator (Current Employee)
Montreal, QC (Canada)

I have been working at Kitco Metals

Pros- Advancement is possible.
- Clean/Renovated Office/Server Room.
- Benefits are pretty good.

Cons- Low salary
- Sometime unreasonable
- Management is uncoordinated/poor.
- Supervisors seem vindictive at times.
- 24/7 environment and they mean it. You might not sleep well while on call. and prepare to be overworked

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease coordinate your efforts better. Its nice to have a plan to get a lot of things done, but if nobody speaks up to say part of the plan is not possible the whole plan can and probably will fail.
