I worked at Kitty Hawk Kites part-time for more than 5 years
Pros – Great group of people to work with
Learn to fly for free
Everybody is on vacation
You are at the beach
Cons – The hang gliding school is a great place to work for. Bruce and Andy are some of the best bosses I've ever had. The job is really tough though... You are outside in the hot sun carrying gliders up the hill. I believe the pros outweigh the hard work and you will work will some of the coolest people ever

I have been working at Kitty Hawk Kites
Pros – The people you work with are great in every regard. It is a fun environment in a beach setting. Bosses are really caring and understanding, but expect much from you.
Cons – This is a job not for someone looking to make a life-long living, but it is a job for people looking to have an amazing experience with amazing people in an amazing environment. It is for those who enjoy the adventure recreation field and who have a lot of energy.
