Great pay and a decent Christmas party

Everything else. It is a extremely small company that works it's employees to the breaking point. Your work is only commented on if something is wrong, praise is never given out. The owner is more than twice as likely to fire a female employee over a male employee no matter the quality of work. Basically don't work here. Klug Uniforms is a small and dingy company where you will be made constantly afraid of being fired and you will never be able to grow. Oh and more than one sick day is not allowed, you take more than one and expect to not have a job the next day.

Advice to Senior Management

When something is goes wrong or a sales plan falls through don't take it out on your employees.
