    Pros

Very flexible with personal life. If you're a good worker they will try to keep you around. Decent pay.

    Cons

Constantly restructuring the company and the company programs. No raises. No bonuses. Running store on bare minimum hours. Poor equipment.

    Advice to Management

To retain talent within the store look at being more competitive with wages. Get a program and stick with it. Not reevaluate positions every year.

    Pros

Easy to move up if you put forth the effort and try to advance your skills and knowledge on your own. Minimal advancement up to management and position is overworked and underpaid with little to no benefits.

    Cons

Employees are treated poorly and the only raises most see are based on minimum wage increases. Hours are constantly cut, short staffed, poor system functioning which is far outdated and customers are more frustrated when shopping due to poor organization and minimal system operations.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees like they matter.

    Pros

Nice people(management & some coworkers) Great for students .

    Cons

Just the usual couple rude customers

    Advice to Management

Pay more, everybody pays at least $8.00 now with benefits.

    Pros

Flexible hours, some wonderful co-workers, decent discount, fairly easy going environment

    Cons

No raises, not enough employees, everything is outdated and frequently has issues

    Advice to Management

Give your employees raises. We have lost many good workers because there is no raises and minimum wage is just not enough. Plus it shows you actually appreciate your employees, a feeling that is lacking from the higher ups.

    Pros

Great co-workers and supervisors Good discounts and knowledge of sales before the public Good training program Flexible hours Cross training opportunities if you show potential

    Cons

Managers have favorites (but it's good if you're one of them) I didn't work there long but it really seemed like a good environment

    Advice to Management

Train good employees more for management positions quicker, especially if they have a college degree in order to keep them

    Pros

There are plenty of positions to be filled especially when the holidays come around. There are still loyal customers and that is certainly a plus to see return customers.

    Cons

The pay is low and there are some that shouldn't be working there if they don't pull their own weight.

    Advice to Management

I liked the management and understood the work load that they have. I liked seeing the managers work with others as a team
