Details
Pros
Koç is the biggest company in the Turkey and has deep root,, that provides a good tradition for the company
Cons
High working hours, a few years ago many employees have been sacked, that was terrible situation and it damage company prestige
Advice to Senior Management
They have a nice salary policies but they have to allocate more money to tech. instead of opening new market
