I have been working at Koch Heat Transfer

    Pros

Koch allows a lot of personal freedom as to how you complete your work. They are the most safety concious company I have ever worked for. Their focus is on employee safety, sometimes to an extreme. They also allow some flexibility with your schedule.

    Cons

No raises, no reviews. Some of the immediate floor level supervisors lack people skills, and a few don't speak english at a high enough level to be dealing with customers and vendors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have some really good people and you need to recognize them. You also have some people who are in positions that they should not be. Really sit down and evaluate your managers and supervisors. Also remember as the cost of living goes up you should consider that when evaluating your employees.
