Pros

Good coworkers, teammates help each other out.

Cons

Management is horrible and they want to work you to death( I was asked to work on a day off but I said no as the last guy that was in my previous position was overworked and quit cause he never felt he was appreciated.

Advice to Senior Management

When someone asks for support, please give it to them and dont expect them to do everything by themselves. Also, hire more people. Spend the money on training the associates and keeping the ones that want to stay and improve the company. In this store there have been many tenured associates that have quit because they feel they are not being appreciated.

"Eh" pay
Almost no one will call you out on mistakes because no one is paying much attention

Cons

Almost no feedback at all
Didn't allow me the hours I needed to go to school
Time off meant they would call me 2 hours in to the day they would try to call me in
They push credit on you. If you don't get enough credits a day they cut your hours severely (From 40 down to 10 for me)

Advice to Senior Management

Fire everyone in management and rehire people who can actually pay attention to everything, rather then just trying to make sure you are asking people if they want credit cards.
