100% of the CEO
Kevin B. Mansell
Pros – Much to learn
Great way to build up your resume
Cons – Lack of appreciation
Work/Life balance is a joke
Wages are not competitive until non-exempt status is reached
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate to your employees that you value their contribution. They want to hear it from YOU, not a screensaver or a pre-recorded video from a corporate executive.
Pros – Very friendly environment and over-all the internship was a great experience. I learned a lot and I recommend this internship to everyone, they really take care of you.
Cons – - Not everyone is educated
- Nobody really wants to move up they're comfortable where they are.
- Pay is Low for Career around $47K I believe
- No challenge
- Some Supervisors are unprofessional and feel threatened
- During "peak" your expected to work 60-72 hours
- Work starts around 4am you have to be awake early
Advice to Senior Management – -Should be called Managers not Supervisors
