Great work/life balance
Interaction with a variety of people
Freedom to create your own schedule and goals
Well respected companyCons
Not the best pay
There is a fair amount of travel and night events.
Not a lot of room for growth unless you want to work in Kohler, WIAdvice to Senior Management
I don't have much advice for the management - I think they are doing well with what they have. The only thing, they need to look at their pay scales and see if they are equitable with other companies and the same careers.
