    Good for people looking to have a career in Sales after graduating College. It is also a pretty easy internship with very laid back management.

    Cons

    They do not keep their promises. Not a guaranteed position after the internship is over. They may make you travel frequently.

    Best job you could ask for straight of college. Potential to gain lots of experience in sales.

    Cons

    Can be a lot of work, but it depends how much you want to put into it. The harder you work the more money you can make.

    Management is great! Always there to support and guide you and was extremely helpful in the beginning when you are just getting started.

    Pros

    Well built equipment with top of the line security. Great quality output in both B/W and especially Color. Work on a great team where we help each other out to be successful. A lot of the customer base will remain loyal as long as good customer service is provided.

    Cons

    Base compensation not in line with job description and economy. Good starting place for someone out of college, but not for those with substantial experience. To many internal issues with teams in the same department competing for the same business rather then working together as one team. Direct territory is not protected against dealers coming in and competing against you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Move up to the 21st century and let field reps be field reps. To much time in the office doing admin tasks. Field reps are meant to be mobile and in front of the customer and when you constrict them to the office they can't do the job they were hired to do and just become telemarketers.

    Good money if you're willing to put in the work. Lot's of freedom and flexibility for performers. Good products. Decent benefits.

    Cons

    High Quotas, frustrating internal process, limited bandwidth for support personnel and the occasional "it's not my fault" and finger pointing mentality.

    All Covered Management cannot get out of its own way their best business minds - all gained via acquisitions have been chased out of the company leaving mindless management
