Pros
1. Flexible work hours
2. Peer reviews, as opposed to manager deciding performance
3. Ping pong and other fun activities coupled with work, good HR
Cons
1. No focus on employee education or training. You have to figure out everything yourself, or by pestering others.
2. Leaf-level employees and top-management are good, but middle management is not that great.
