    Pros

    No 1 in most categories. Good benefits including health insurance, 401K, competitive salaries for management level staff.

    Cons

    Very process driven. Management very secretive. Have moved away from a professional sales force and more toward an hourly low wage field staff. Many of their products are in mature categories and can be tough to sell.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees like the valuable assets you say that they are!! Spend more on R&D to improve your new item pipeline.
