Pros – Best reason to work at Kraft is that it is a large company that rewards seniority; they like to rehire.

Cons – Kraft is very competitive, there are a lot of qualified candidates. I would recommend looking at interviews very seriously when applying.

Advice to Senior Management – I think that the internship program is extremely good - however I would like to see more rehires instead of just a training program.

Cons – Management on all levels are incompetent.

Advice to Senior Management – Start from scratch and get rid of all the jerks collecting a paycheck who do not have a clue about anything.

Pros – Kraft employs amazingly talented people with whom it's a privilege to work. The brands are top-notch and, though well-known, have tremendous upside. A global perspective means lots of opportunity to learn and to have an impact.

Cons – Constant local leadership transitions over the years have made it difficult to know where the company is going...and how it will get there. Company needs to commit to a vision and make the short-term decisions (often costly) that prove intent to deliver against the vision.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure your entire business system can support your ambitious agenda.
