“Over all experience”
I have been working at Kraft Foods part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – You can make great experience on how stores work. You get the experience of being a liaision between store managers, recievers and grocery managers.
Cons – They work their employees in the ground. They only give the minimum of hrs to throw large loads, build displays and work thru back stock on a daily basis.
Advice to Senior Management – Management you need to take into consideration of how much work is out there and give enough hrs to get everything done.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
