    Pros

Great company with great brands. Lot to learn from very knowledgeable people.

    Cons

Management sucks in some areas. They do not treat employees as humans. No work life balance. A culture of back biting, back stabbing, mangers do not walk the talk and think they are above the rules and practice double standards. Not a positive environment for nurturing and growing talent, lack of training opportunities, very poor on boarding process and structure.

    Advice to Management

"As you sow so shall you reap" Good luck with new bosses from 3G.

    Pros

Talented people, resources, great brands, challenging work - although sometimes challenging for the wrong reasons

    Cons

Size results in added layers of people & complexity = inability to commercialize quickly. We have recently merged with Heinz and these are stressful times as we wait to hear our fate

    Advice to Management

Take out unnecessary process, layers. Document all processes end to end in flow charts. Most of us only know our piece today and as a result, it's impossible to troubleshoot when it breaks

    Pros

I have worked for Kraft for 20 years where I earned good amount of 401k and pension. Kraft is one of the biggest food industry and offers plenty of room for growth and was sustainable during challenging economic times.

    Cons

But that was before the merger with Heinz. Now lots of folks will be loosing their jobs because Kraft got bought out.

    Advice to Management

While employed, I had the privilege to work with many diverse and wonderful people. Respect and honor is the key.

    Pros

    Good pay for the job

    Cons

Do not train properly for layout of their facility, then ready to fire anyone for issues resulting from it. Also has OSHA violations all over regarding safety.

    Pros

Kraft brands are recognizable and sought after by consumers.

    Cons

Significant amount of cost savings efforts has changed changed what the consumer used to get for her money to a now lesser preferred product for those consumers that are label savvy.

    Pros

Employees are friendly and close knit, decent benefits (although have progressively gotten worse over the years)

    Cons

Lack of skilled people, poor morale due to dysfunctional management system, No employee development, no recognition for outstanding performance, no accountability, everyone is treated like a number, reactive rather preventative, aggressive cost cutting over the last several years to a bare bones, zero communication

    Advice to Management

Get down on the floor and see what is going on! Cost savings does not mean spend less, it means spend wisely. You can't run broken down equipment because you quit spending money on the upkeep. It will cost more in the long run.

    Pros

-Cutting edge technology & resources. -Brand name products. -Nice Campus. -Higher than average salary.

    Cons

-Bureaucracy makes it difficult to execute tasks. -Redundancy in roles. -Steady decline to benefits.

    Advice to Management

Different product lines need to be managed differently end to end. The one-size-fits-all methodology is detrimental to overall business efficiency.
