Pros
Varied role, interact across all aspects of the business, both within the UK & EU Build really good buiness accumen, Fantasic teams
Cons
Can become repetative over a longer period of time, ofent make changes without thinking of 'what' else is going to be changed in the future.
Advice to Senior Management
Fantasic job to learn about the company, could get PCM's involved at an earlier stage of a given project as could 'add' even more value from previous experience.
Pros
Some of the best brands in packaged goods. Resources and expertise to develop and exploit leading edge thinking in marketing effectiveness. Managers tend to be creative, analytical, strategic and also highly commercial. Highly consumer oriented with big investment in increasingly sophisticated ways to develop consumer insights Overall business operates truly on a global scale and able to adapt best practice across markets. Strong both creatively and commercially. True learning organisation: prepared to make and learn from mistakes. Strong committment to developing management at all levels
True expertise and professionalism in consumer packaged goods marketing: best in class in many ways.
Cons
Process heavy and currently too involved in fairly turbulent change to demonstrate thought leadership in key areas.
