Pros
number one food company in the world, lots of advancement opportunities
Cons
non traditional hours, holidays and weekend work alot
Advice to Senior Management
pay the sales reps and sales associates more they are the backbone and laborers of the company

Great people and financially driven goals...
Cons
Continually cost cutting at the employee expense...ie benefits, 20% cut in RS, froze pension, paying at 50th percentile while expecting top talent to stay...Combined not helping to retain the top talent.

Look in the mirror...your most valued asset is starting to walk away...

Strong network that you can count on for help in tough times. resume builder.

Undergoing too much change and not being managed well. People decisions follow no consistent or understandable pattern or values. Check back in 3 years to see if the worse is over.

Weather the storm that you have created and hope the people left standing can re-build the sense of community and the pride.
