Current Employee – been working at Kredyt Bank

Pros – I came here with few years of exp, and very small exp in things what I will do here. I have learned a lot!

Cons – Organization is a huge huge mess, everything takes a long time to do. assets are in very bad state. difficult to work:)

Advice to Senior Management – give bigger lcd's better pc's, make everything more clear, process requests faster etc etc etc. what else, better salaries appreciated

Current Employee – been working at Kredyt Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros – you can learn a lot from more experienced, and willing-to-share-konwledge collegues; steady, 8h daily work; organization experiencing a lot of positive changes right now.

Cons – no career paths, difficult and very time-consuming (at least 5 years) to achieve low-management level

Advice to Senior Management – Some young-potentials international rotation programme (within the group) would be a good idea

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
