    Pros

The crew was really fun and entertaining. I loved helping the customers and tasting the delicious doughnuts. This one lady, Summer, made my day every time we worked together, she was the sweetest, funniest, most kind hearted person I have yet to meet.

    Cons

Inconvenient hours, rude, grumpy customers that really test your nerves. This one customer got all pissed off at ME, because Krispy Kreme doesn't sell kolaches. He was yelling and cussing me out all because his son wasn't satisfied with our wide spread collection ofdoughnuts.

    Advice to Management

Do not push people over the edge or they will not come back because they fell and didn't have the effort or encouragement to crawl all the way up that mountain.

    Pros

Always get close to 32- 40hr. A week. Pay every Friday.

    Cons

so I became a full time employee the worst thing about it is you do not get any benefits until year. another thing is when Krispy Kreme has special events like by dozen get a dozen you see thousands of customers but Krispy Kreme does not pay us anything extra just to say thank you. They don't care about their employees.

    Advice to Management

my advice to the management team is you want your employees to work hard do this do that at least try to treat them better.

    Pros

Work independently, meet awesome people on routes, listen to music while you drive.

    Cons

To many hours for the pay,bad equipment, lazy management, they don't care about you personally only your sales. The benefits suck take most your paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Quit being lazy and help your employees.Listen to the safety concerns that you seem to not care about.Shorten the routes. Some guys are out there for 14 hours a day and you expect them to go to these stupid safety meetings when they need to be sleeping.Fix the faulty equipment that poses a safety hazard.

    Pros

Once you get the hang on how to make the doughnuts, make the drinks and handle the POS system, it gets so much easier. Other than that its just stocking and cleaning most of the time.

    Cons

Big events(free doughnut day/ buy a dozen get the second dozen for 78 cents/ etc.) are extremely stressful and never in my 3 years of working there are we adequately staffed or stocked. everything runs out. luckily its only once a year. Scheduling is a mess.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the current scheduling system and schedule at least 2-3 weeks beforehand.

    Pros

Best job for teens starting out in the work force. Really easy and no special skills are necessary for this position.

    Cons

This position can be very overwhelming during specials. Sometimes customers can be very unruly when some products become unavailable.
