I have been working at Krystal

    Pros

you make good money seeing that it is working from home.

    Cons

They will fire you quick fast and in a hurry, Even if it was just an accident. You are not allowed to be human and make mistakes. My advice print out the statement of work and tape it to your work area so you can always see it because if you make a mistake and commit one of the acts on the SOW your done! I worked for them for 3 years and i accidentally gave a customer a 30 day auto ship by accident. They were not hearing it, didn't matter that my stats were all good, that ive been with the company for 3 years or anything. They let me go. So don't rely on them as your only source of income, you might be disappointed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

maybe your "slamming" should say 'intentional slamming" we are human and we make mistakes just as you do.

    Pros

The workers! There is truly a sense of family at my store. Coworkers will go out of the way to help each other on and off the clock. There is always room for advancement.

    Cons

Prices are too high. You can go to almost any other burger place and get much more for the same, or lower price. Staff needs to be paid better. Some managers are making just above min. wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lower prices = more customers = more profit.

Oh My Gosh worst Job I ever had, I worked my butt off for them. They kept telling me I would make lead but never putting me up for it. Always offering people I trained my position I wanted. Never giving out raises. If you messed up they would yell at you in front of all the customers and employees.

    Cons

excessive travel for any management position close in one city on a monday ( off @ 1 am ) open in a city thats two hours away on a tuesday ( back on the clock @ 5am) the company as a whole is understaffed and seems to have little to no interest in staffing their restaurants to provide the quality of service customers expect
