I have been working at Kuehne + Nagel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Their is always something new to learn the work is easy and the people are great.

    Cons

Not much room to grow in this company. the management needs to learn more processes so they can see what each employee is doing and how long it takes for them to complete the process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to give the employee's a change for growth so the moral is better in the work enviroment. Make sure all employee's are doing their job including leads. the leads need to read and follow their job instructions. All analytical work needs to be done by analysts leads should be conducting work flow.

I worked at Kuehne + Nagel full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

It was a nice to place to work before, but not anymore, too many changes in the high level.

    Cons

They are trying to safe money on people and they do not want to see the big picture, people work crazy hours and company keeps saying that we are in a difficult time, mean time Company had had record results in the last 3 years, for average people I guess it makes sense, but don't be fool and put the pieces together. Managers and directors are 2 faces, they have meeting were they make fun of the employees. I would not trust anyone. They use you and disposal if you are not agreed with them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to check all this new manager coming from oversea, they have not experience in North America and they pretend that they know everything, the only thing they are doing is taking advantage of the subordinate.

I worked at Kuehne + Nagel full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Medical is good and 401K.

    Cons

They treat the employee's as a number . The bottom line is everything and reduce staff to make a profit and don't worry about the stress on the employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at branch needs and not just the bottom line.
