    Pros

Great work atmosphere; opportunities for progression and additional responsibilities if desired. Good incentives for sales performance and hitting targets.

    Cons

Part-time hours are not always regular, although this will depend on location of course. Focus on personal appearance is fine, although requirement to wear heels can be a pain.

    Pros

lovely shoes, good discount and fun most of the time its fun.

    Cons

pay is not so great, its all about who you know and who is on your side if you want to progress you must be liked by certain people which i totally disagree with everyone should be given change based on their ability to do the job and getting result.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

look after your people, treat them with respect and sometimes try to be a bit selfless.

    Pros

you are able to build new friendships and new customer service skills. the company work successfully to recieve the best outcome for staff and customers.

    Cons

international/foreign customers are difficult due to language barriers, therefore it can sometimes be tedious, but all of the staff are supportive and are able to help out to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personally my training was pretty rushed, due to my store being understaffed and i was thrown into situations. However this is a benefit for me as i learn better when thrown in a job and learning things myself.

    Pros

It's a good company if you want to get your foot into retail. You have a chance to work with different brands if you are based in a department store. There is an average training provided.

    Cons

Low pay. Very high staff turn over.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To have more team building events. Increase pay. Long hours, night shifts and overall hard work should be better rewarded.

    Pros

Made some life long friends there and base pay is good at beginning. Its a good learning experience but most learning you do by yourself.

    Cons

No chance of a raise. Management get walked all over and management turnover is so big that there's very little chance of individual hard work being recognised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rather than threaten everyone with disciplinary action for everything, encourage people and and award hard workers.
