“Good.”
Current Employee – been working at Kx
Pros – Amazing people, great product, good teamwork, great clients, good bonus
Cons – Not the best benefits package, changing CEOs, lack of direction/strong leadership
Advice to Senior Management – Change management to a leader that will listen to others and move the company forward...
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

“left to rebuild itself”
Current Employee – been working at Kx
Pros – flexible schedule, great relationships with coworkers, time to workout
Cons – ongoing changes in executive leadership, especially at the CEO level
too many changes in focus and direction
decisions are only made by a few people
Advice to Senior Management – get your employees involved in decision making - they are passionate, willing and able to help
