    Pros

High standards for children, dedicated to training teachers for best practices.

    Cons

Favoritism is rampant throughout the district. Poor communication from upper management to mid-management. Upper management is not always forth coming.

    Advice to Management

Try to keep teachers better in the loop of potential changes coming down the pike.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kyrene School District part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working with kids is one of the best things anyone can do. It creates an awesome connection, brings out the best in you, and gives you an opportunity to help kids who need it

    Cons

Working with so many kids is really, really stressful. As great as kids can be, managing just one can be hard enough, let alone 20 or 30 at a time. Furthermore, management can be hard to work with sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Take more advice from staff and try to hire more CLs so that they don't become overwhelmed.

I worked at Kyrene School District full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working with kids everyday is not a problem. It all depends who your boss is but you mostly make the most of your job with the work you put into it

    Cons

Upper Managements focus isn't on the kids as much as it is on the parents. I get that parents are the ones paying for the program but ultimately they will pay what they need to pay as long as the clients (kids) are having a good time. Upper management needs to worry about the parents and let the ones who deal with the kids daily do what they need to do to ensure the kids are having a safe and fun time
