    Somewhat competitive pay with So-so benefits.

    Cons

    Sales positions moving toward Project Manager, without support and resources to successfully manage tasks. Declining customer service. Declining product quality. Many jobs gone from profitable to working for cash flow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trust your mid-level managers. Provide more management training, allowing them opportunity to find their true potential.
    LISTEN to concerns.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits for managers.

    Cons

    Constant layoffs! Very unstable company with shrinking market share. Corporate makes all of the decisions. Mid level managers are not asked for or expected to provide input for anything. Very low morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to innovate to turn the company around. Also you must engage your managers (and others) as half of the company is looking for another job elsewhere.
