    I have been working at Kyyba full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    None, I found my project and they were nice for 2-3 weeks then delays started to happen.

    Cons

    Sr. Management has not idea about contractors. Recruitment team runs the show, Management can not even intervene in their matters. In simple words, Kyyba management is non-existant in day to day business. I worked for this company from May 2010 to May 2013. When I joined, they said, they will do regular salary, %age basis, with GC and will take good care. Good care?? Sure they took very good care of me, pretty much destroyed my one year. To sum it it, they delayed salaries by 2 weeks saying vendor payments issue. then made me pay 2500 for my GC and then delayed it, kept on saying we are doing it dont worry, but never did it till a year.. then I found another company,, got my GC filed in future-GC-category and switched over. End of Kyyba story. Later I searched for my PERM ads etc but ads were never posted. but they simple pressed my application and did not proceed with it. They have future GC category employees and they are filing GC for them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    President founded the company very nicely and has been running it nicely with good reputaton. but under the hood, please have a feedback or grievance re-adressal system if you really want to grow and have a good future for this company. Given current conditions, Recruiters will run the show and future managers wont be able to provide suitable management direction.

    Pros

    There is nothing special, same all other consultant.

    Cons

    Can not trust the management at all. When I was hired as Developer and was been sent to client side, Client was not having any idea about my joining, and sent me back to home, This is the worst experience I had seen in career. Management will always be there with very nice exploitation and sweet words but you can not trust a single word, They will never let you know the actual situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you are working in United states please follow the standards if you want to grab the real talent.
    Compromising standards will never make organization grow for long term and it will increase the problems for employees and recruiters.

    Pros

    I have been working for Kyyba over 15months, I havent had any complains so far. I would recommend them, my position was stable and I might even get direct offer from the client.
    Best contract benefits that I found
    Flexible employment packages
    Account Executive very professional and helpful
    Awesome Referral bonus

    Very friendly atmosphere.Top level management are down to earth people who have passion for recruiting.I was the first batch to join and it has been more than a year i left and still i cherish those days and lessons learnt

    No one to restrict or govern the employee
    Leave policy are more adjustable

    Cons

    No proper manager to manage the team .
    No one is there to think about the welfare of the employee.
    No increment till you say your leaving the company.
    No proper system.
    No Recreation.
    No qualified and professional Manager to report to top level.

    top level should try to interact often with people in India.
    proper system for increment and bonus should be designed.
    Performance appraisal should be in regular intervals.
    Employee benifits such as food, travel ,PF, LTA & recreations should be declared.
