Same dysfunctional organizational and specifically lack of standard processes and quality of performance across groups greats a steep learning curve required to be successful. Also creates an environment of high stress.

Advice to Senior Management
Allow employees to conduct appraisals for management. Allow it to be anonymous and an annual occurrence. This allows feedback and approval ratings to not be one-sided.
Pros
There are a variety of challenges and technologies.
Cons
Many processes are not mature.
Advice to Senior Management
Ask employees about what processes are broken.
Pros
At the beginning, the ping pong table held up a little of the work. The food was alright in the break room and it was free. The last company holiday party was good.
Cons
The salary compensation was abysmal. Most of the time <15% less than market value.
The working condition spiraled down into a firey pit of hell. We were moved to cubes that are smaller than the driver space of my car, and at the same time work load increased as resources diminished (people quitting). The project planning is horrendous, and my department cannot handle the projects being thrown at us with minimal or almost illegal amount of resources.
Work hours ranges anywhere from 10 - 12 hours a day and sometimes even more.
Over time, the beverages in the break room turned from nice healthy to only Red Bulls(tm) and Star Bucks Coffee.
Advice to Senior Management
Please be wiser with resource management in the future. You have created single points of failure, example ME. Now that I am gone, you guys are suffering or even the whole practice has been abandoned. Realize that human beings are working at your company and not mindless drones. If you wish, you may employ your son who has no education to work here, but please do not employ anyone talented for them to waste their careers in this place.
