    Pros

Overtime pay and for the most part the day to day job is ok and management is average.

    Cons

Expected to know everything the day you start the job, do 100 things right and never hear about it. Do one thing wrong and never stop hearing about it. Early morning hours make it hard to have a life outside of work. Management is very average.

    Advice to Management

Invest time in a real. Standardized training. Not just throwing people into a job. Not realistic.
