    Pros

    The senior level management seems to truly have the best interest of their staff and clients in mind. The company operates with a high-level of integrity and vision for growth. Their strategic planning process is one a major focus for them.

    Cons

    Paid time off isn't as good as it could be.

    Keep communicating.

    Pros

    This is a stable and warm environment with a family owned company that consistently operates with core values in mind. They attract high quality staff and treat you with respect.

    Cons

    Compensation for duties performed is far below industry standard, no where near competetive. Benefits are minimal at best. Pressure to bill the client causes major sacrifice to the work-life balance. There is no true acknowledgement for the levels of effort that some staff put forth. They have a strong management team however not much depth in technical areas... too many chiefs, not enough indians. Staff is urged to step-up so often that the majority of the company is so busy doing someone else's job, that they cant do their own.

    Advice to Management

    Acknowledge your staff's efforts with competetive salaries and performance based incentives such as BONUSES or other profit sharing means. Staff loyalty and passion for the cause can only go so far when competing firms offer 30-40% more than your current pay rate. Don't wait for a letters of resignation to offer adjustments, by that point it's too late.

    Pros

    In general the people are nice and friendly.

    Cons

    Poor work environment. Dated equipment. Poor benefits package.

    Advice to Management

    Really take time to get to know and learn about your employees. Take the feedback to heart and incorporate some emotion into your company wide addresses.
