Pros
Good place for intermidiate experienced to start your career.
Cons
Fairness, too much attention to people.
Advice to Senior Management
So far so good
Pros
There is lots of opportunity for freshers to learn. For a fresher, I would say that this company is best, because if you have the capability, then in short duration of time, you can play various roles from developer to project lead. Company gives opportunity to its employees.
Lots of onsite opportunity is available. Open door policy is supported and management is quite supportive if you are valuable employee.
Cons
Major cons for this company is low payscale, because of this only most of the experienced people leave this company. To retain employees, company send them to onsite.
Advice to Senior Management
Policies are not very clear. Also sometimes senior management tries to hide information from the employee. To make this company worthy, senior management has to make the system transparent, then only they can gain trust of its employees.
Pros
1. good to learn
2. better package and hikes
3. good benefits
4. good working culture
Cons
1.poor management
2. politics in onsite opp
3. bit hectic with core people
Advice to Senior Management
please give better leadership training to managers
Pros
A good place to start your IT career, if you have no experience in IT.
Women have a good advantage here as the work culture favours them. Less work pressure on them.
Overall only the Infrastructure is good.
Cons
1. Extensive misuse of the parent company brand name to lure people.
2. No training system in place for Functional Trainees. Everything is Do-It-Yourself, which affects the service delivered to the client & brings in a bad reputation. So to keep the relations with the client, they offer heavy discounts to them & hence people on the project get pathetic increments whereas the manager will receive praise for reducing costs.
3. Management is only focused on Client Billing, Employee Killing (w.r.t. career) & Vacancy Filling. Growing is a word unheard of as long as the management pockets keep filling.
4. Appraisal System is non-transparent.
5. Heavy politics for onsite opportunities & new assignments.
6. Salary is way below industry standards.
7. HR policies are unfriendly & HR dept is a puppet in the hands of the Management.
8. Management is a Dictator.
9. Employee benefits are terrible.
10. Bonded labour. If you sign a bond, you are their Slave & if you protest you will be marginalized for sure.
11. Employee involvement is zero. Surveys conducted are just graphical masterpieces.
12. Overall a poorly managed IT company.
Advice to Senior Management
1. Treat your employees with respect as they also have their own identity.
2. Stop Harassing & Pressurizing employees for work . Employees understand what is good or bad kind of work.
3. Put less burden on employees, give them some time for their family.
4. HR Team stop listening to managers & follow the policy. Use your own brains.
5. Do some employee survey & start working on it.
6. Practice what you preach & stop depending on the parent company brand name!
Pros
You get a lot of opportunity to develop as an individual. You can dabble in different technologies and get ample chance to learn a lot here.
Cons
Employee doesn't get much appreciation for their hard work from senior management. In spite of immense work satisfaction people do leave the company for work elsewhere for better salaries and work environment.
Pros
Good clients , good onsite oppurtunities
Good technologies based on client
Cons
Very less salaries
No promotions, it is almost impossible if you are south indian in mumbai branch. The only way you get is Client has to fight for you.
