    Taliban of IT space aka L&T Infotech will not kill you or amputate your limbs, won’t take your eyes off - so unlike Taliban life is threatened but safe till you get out and find another job. Permanent life-time jobs at SUPPORT departments - Resource Planning, Training. Also a CXO factory - 2 CEOs, 3COOs, 3 HR Heads, one de facto CEO Mr VK Magap, as per Google page Mr VKM is CEO, one CEO of entire Group Mr Venkataramnan, One Executive Chairman for entire group - Mr AM Naik

    Theey will torture you, will FIRE YOU after playing with your career, dignity and respect. ----------------------------Here is how the FIRE people - not in project for 3 months – FIRE please do Google – ‘Fired from L&T Infotech with in 3 months.Reason: No Projects to accommodate’. If you are pregnant they will FIRE YOU – after subjecting to unrelenting barrage of sexual harassment – please Google – ‘Class Action Suit Seeks $100 Million for Pregnancy Discrimination, Other Violations’. If you resign they will FIRE YOU, won’t let you serve complete notice period of 3 months, won’t allow you to be considered for other BUs, won’t offer courtesy to check why are you resigning – what are your expectations, not just this the moment your billing stops they will inform you on the phone about your last date just, will give you only two hours to complete exit formalities. In short criminals will treat you like a criminal, they won’t give you time to write Good-Bye, Thank-You emails to your friends and colleagues for six years, I wonder is this what Mr Naik and Mr Magapu the employee turned top-brass will be treated. You speak-up they will FIRE YOU – won’t allow you to get projects, will block your CV and selection to work in other BUs, they will BLOCK YOU and FIRE YOU, will sent termination letter to your permanent address in a very jerk like manner to kill your parents as well.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Here is how the TORTURE people: They will force you to take multi-skilling training without your consent. They call it VKM initiative, a very old de facto CEO of L&T Infotech, since its inception. Barbaric will force you to learn a new technology just by reading an e-course. An analogy, expecting a guitarist to learn flute just by reading a book on flute, a baseball player to learn tennis just by reading a book on tennis, no racket no balls no nets no coach, no court. ---------------------------------------------------------------------No instructor, no lab, no terchinical software’s. Just read the course from a training facility, bring your own audio devise – since e-course is embedded with an audio interface, some human voice explaining concepts in a one way manner. Unlike the classroom where one goes through intermittent theory/concept and hands-on sessions aided by experienced instructors and fully equipped lab. They will send a class monitor to see if everyone is listening and reading this e-course from 9 to 6 or not, some other monitor will check over office communicator - how many chapters you are done reading with – 2 to 3 times. Barbarians of Neolithic age were not ready to give flexibility to complete/read the e-course this mandatory torture (VKM Initiative) from your base-office location, a intranet based e-course people were forced to complete for FULL THREE WEEKS from one common location in Mumbai city at the top of monsoon. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------From 1 year experience to 10 year experience people were going through this violation of human rights – just because they had no projects, no other offer, very long notice period of 3 months. This holocaust of IT age was a joint exercise between two very defunct support departments Training and Resource Planning Management – RPM. Helpless Infoknights (nic-name of L&t Infotech employes) were too scared to say NO to this torture, since lords of jobs at L&T aka RPMs could create obstacles in project allocation once the torture-training is over. They all made hue and cry – since RPMs are powerful well networked lot and they can force you to go for transfer, settle for night-shift projects can bloack your onsite deputation to global locations.

    Engineering and Construction Major has been a good show so far - thanks to true founders Mr Larsen and Mr Toubro.
    But current top management is full of very old people with retirement age upto 75 years. They have been dealing with capital goods and machine and construction workers and have been a miserable failure in highly educated global talent intensive IT business. Languishing at less than $1 bln for more than 20 years.------------------------------------------------------------------------------Best Advise: -----Stop playing with future and career of IT talent - sell Infotech to TCS, IT arm of TATA group synonymous with TRUST. Still want to slog/survive in IT space then do following ---------------------------------------------------------------------All the people who are in executive-leadership roles for more than 5 years should resign now. All the people who are in permanently unbilled (non-technical) leadership roles for more than 10 years (Resource Planning Head, Training Head, Talent Transformation Manager etc). All the project managers and senior project managers who are not PMP certified and have not worked as programmers/analysts for minimum. All the people who are thrust upon from core-L&T - please go back to core and manage WORKERS of brick-and –mortar, IT is not your cup of tea or glass of beer.

    bad policies , worse senior management who can fire you at any time.
    to get a project need to keep on giving interviews.
    if you dont get a project , you are out of company

    Are there any? I think HR enjoys the most of their time in doing what they are not supposed to do and skipping what they are supposed to do

    Worst HR even seen. Most unprofessional, un-approachable & truly and completely dumb.

    Change you HR people and get competent ones
    Change employees who have spent ages there..ge fresh blood who could implement new techniques and technologies

    1. Only Job Security

    1. No work, No growth, NO Future Plan,
    2. Only Support work 24*7 shift with lots of escalations
    3. Lot many politics like who ever are very close relationship with their manager, they can achieve anything whatever they want from the organization
    4. Manager oriented driven company
    5. No HR involvement, basically HR themselves don't know their role & responsibility
    6. Tough to get onsite opportunity based on your talent, it depends on that weather you are close to your Manager or not.
    7. This not the company for career oriented people.
    8. They will spoil your career as well as technical skills because they don't have any good development work . they directly engage you in support project & it doesn't matter weather you are interested or not.
    9. Tough to change the project
    10. Only 1 or 2 are known clients for them, no other big clients
    11. Had a worst experience
    12. Still so many things to say .. don't have time ...Only No Specially for BFS, BU

    HR & Management must involved more because Managers are doing dirty politics & make or forcing good,Talented, deserving people to leave this organization so that they can replace somebody dump person which is close to him.

    Lot of Training and soft skill development. Free Snacks. Worst Work life Balance.Yes for Manager its is the go-to company for retirement.

    Cons

    IBSS Group will fire you... if your 84 days NON BILLABLE in Splice-M time sheet.And give you notice of less than 1 month to lookutside.

    No capability in middle and Sr. Managers/Management. All are old n dull buffoons. All are shift basis.

    Pros

    As of today situation not recommended to work in SAP BU L&T Infotech. Overall Management issue & no new IT major projects coming.
    Lots of Resignation with senior people as well low salary

    Cons

    As per grade level not placing in project. Senior guys also work as consultant work. No work definition allocated.
    Appraisal process not effective.

    Improve HR Process
    Listen comments & feedback from Consultant who are facing onsite.

    Nothing...... only name.......gud infrastructure....... I dont see any pros in choosing this company....Its totally a labour world where in u have to follow the stupid rules....

    Cons

    Many...A cheap third rated organization wherein no coporate culture followed.u have to call ur boss as sir...stand up... sit....they will recurit for one technology and will make u to work in another......HR policy and leave policy sucks.........Never go to this company...no work life balance...mandatory 9 hours log in...No leave for first 11 months......please awake and never go.
