    I work with L&T Infotech almost three years . Learning was poor .

    Pros1. Lot of onsite opportunities in mobility domain . Have big clients like sony, samsung , qualcom etc.

    Cons1. Lack of technical expertise among top people
    2. Learning is poor
    3. Pay scale is poor as compared to other MNC

    ProsGood learning opportunities.
    Good projects in domain like BFS.
    Good delivery heads and senior managers.

    ConsAccording to project and manger stress levels are different.
    Senior managers and senior resource heads are good but middle level management is selfish.
    Resource people try to make you billable by forcing to put you in less interested project roles like manual testing.

    You can develop client facing skills here as you get all support from management.
    good environment and very good HR

    ConsTravelling and not enough projects
    apart from this they don't have much onsite opportunity in SAP

    13 yrs old not even 1B revenue Time to change.

    Pros1. Free Breakfast lunch which is not part of CTC.
    2. Company culture is more relaxed. People are helpful.
    3. Company policies are good.
    4. Onsite opportunities are good though more south Africa.
    5. For certain countries pkg is good.

    Cons1. Top is heavy
    2. Lots of unproductive senior managers
    3. No focus fuzz sales pipeline
    4. Every BU is a separate company and no synergies between BUs
    4. More staff-aug model
    5. More testing South Africa projects
