    Pros

    None that I can think of. Nothing positive to speak about.

    Cons

    They treat Masters graduates like dirt and never give any opportunities. They have lost most of their potential clients and not getting any big projects. People are leaving the company every day. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They expect you to work like a god and pay you like a beggar with peanuts. Go for companies like Cognizant and others which have some respect for their employees and who treat you better.

    Just shut down the company

    Great company to work with as a fresher. You can get good personal as well as professional growth. Management tries does their best to resolve your problems.

    Some good leaders, always help resources whenever in need. Onsite opportunities are offered easily.

    HR policies, lacks decision making capabilities, unsure of what to do and how. Salaries are quite low as compared to competitors.

    Onsite opportunities galore, basically you are hired just for being a guy who can go abroad

    Its more like working like a indian consultant who is more interested on your billing rate, not really your career

    Lot of experienced veterans at the company - good place to learn and find mentors. Great for learning new technology skills and getting exposure to some big clients

    Cons

    Very anchored to certain key clients and industries - may not provide broad exposure. Income is also on the lower side compared to competitors
