    Considers US Hired Employees and Second Grade Employees. US Employees do not get hike or preference in finding project roles.

    Onsite opportunities galore, basically you are hired just for being a guy who can go abroad

    Cons

    Its more like working like a indian consultant who is more interested on your billing rate, not really your career

    The compensation is much less as compared to the same experience and different organizations.

    Lot of experienced veterans at the company - good place to learn and find mentors. Great for learning new technology skills and getting exposure to some big clients

    Very anchored to certain key clients and industries - may not provide broad exposure. Income is also on the lower side compared to competitors

    Pros

    One of the best training.
    Learning Curve is Good.
    Fellow Employees were very friendly.
    Good environment.
    Flexible for the needs of the employees

    Cons

    Growth is very slow.
    Have to prove yourself over and over again.
    Hardworker ? Good luck with that, if you do your work early someone else's work comes to you like in every other software company.
    Had a essential role in delivering the project ? Well take your Rs 500 gift card .. Seriously ?
    HR gave me hell of a run for my money when i was quitting, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THE HR, Dont get me wrong L&T has one of the best management but WORST HR !!

    Grass root level employees should be allowed to grow, recognize them not just with a stupid gift card but with something cool.

    - work culture and work environment is great.
    - Good training for fresher
    - Well focused, friendly and dedicated seniors
    - Provides health insurance.

    - Salaries are lower as compared to other companies
    - bonus once in a year if you get lucky.
