Pros – Some of the people I met there are still friends, you will meet a lot of people so some of them are bound to be good.
Cons – They will constantly find ways to both push you to sell dishonestly and change their assessment criteria to deny the majority of people any monthly bonus. Those 'performing best' were lying through their teeth to customers and those selling honestly and hitting their targets would be picked up on the smallest thing to deny any bonus payout for any single mistake in any call. As an outsourcing company they still get the contract bonus for performance, they just refuse to pass it on to employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Teach staff to sell honestly, managers constantly push different underhand tactics to maximise number of staff deals then the next month that tactic will be flagged as unacceptable so they will devise a new one.
