    Pros

They have great benefits, and all of the tech folks you work with are good people. They are flexible with your schedule if you are going to school or if you have prior engagements.

    Cons

When working in IT there is no free time. I felt like i worked 7 days a week as people were calling me all hours of the day and night wanting me to fix things. Couldnt get a weekend off to relax and recharge most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Cross-train your employees. It would make things alot smoother when trying to take time off.

    Pros

The internship program at LF is very strong - it is engaging, challenging, and mentoring. You learn a lot and get a good sense of what working there would feel like. You also have a group project and various group events with other interns, allowing you to make friendships and connections.

    Cons

Working at LF is not exactly the most glamorous; you aren't attending fashion shows or photo shoots, and may not even attend the meetings for which you are designing.
