they have experienced worker in their domain, also they make evrything in the right way and they satisfies the customer

they are expensive with respect to the place they are going to, but anything else they are absoultly the best in their work

Casual Dress and good benefits and cheap but lousy small cafeteria on site.
Big perk of ice cream for beat down employees always a big draw.
Get alot of pizzas when they masquerade work as a "lunch and learn".

Management does not communicate to employees or hold firm on policy which leads to errors and high pressure and stress.
Employee morale is horrible-its a snake pit.
Management takes time off and vacations with no problems while employees get frowned upon for even asking for them and sometimes ignored to point of having to beg for their own time off.
An over dependence on temps to bail them out of high backlog of work to keep headcount reduced.
Experiencing high turnover.
Does not divide work more equitably because mgmt does not know what employees are doing and understand the time it takes and lean on better employees too much.
Meetings-meetings-meetings and then coming at employees to get their work done despite hours of meetings.
Management spends more time attacking their own employees on their errors than anything else.
Internal departments are battlefields for accusations and blame when budgeted targets are missed.
Younger employees all know this is a quick stepping stone and just putting in time for next move out.
Advice to Senior Management
Get back to basics- Customer Service.
Start looking at what your employees are doing so you stop losing the good ones and weed out the bad.
Look at work assignments and divide fairly among all or continue to lose employees.
Stop looking to blame and start looking to lead.
Cut out your hours a day of meetings.

Global Brand that everyone around the globe is aware of.

Low salary for local hires, very high salary + alpha for expats. Leaders don't really care about local employees. Minimal communication between locals & expats.

Should consider their employees. Most employees leave company within 2 years.

Management always look at reducing the low levels of costs at the same time abundantly spend where it is not necessary at all.

The korean work culture can be a challenge with a short term result oriented top management team and korean focused communication channels.

Need to be more global via real actions to accept the diversity and manage the inclusion better at all levels of employees.
