LG Electronics Reviews
-
Pros
Surrounded by people who are willing to work really hard.
Cons
Really long hours, lack of training, very frustrating, "too many architects and not enough brick layers", to them its all about work, don't care about your personal life.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees, understand that policies from Korea will not work in America. Happy employees will work harder, longer and will actually care about their work. Stressful employees cause unhappy employees who will just drag along til 5pm. I mean look at the turn over rate, that should tell you something...

“The company will probably continue to grow quickly in the US despite an abundance of lackluster and 2nd rate management.”
