Pros
I think advantage of working in LGE is work and life balance. Surely it is not good. but it is better than other Korean Company.
Cons
Non professional.
Complicated communication channels.
I think LG Electronics doesn't have effective performance evaluation tool. So some people who works well disappointed about company's policy
Advice to Senior Management
I think LGE have to make a good tool for performance evaluation. many professional engineers feel they cannot get profit sharing about their archievments.
Pros
Great people, great co-worker, good company culture.
Cons
Long Long hours, not so competitive pay...
Advice to Senior Management
Thank you for a great learning experience
Pros
diverse portfolio of consumer electronics products and consumer marketing and communication, definitely not enterprise-centric company despite its poor claim as a Business-to-Business solution provider.
Cons
limited growth oppty - current company leadership not valuing external and global experiences although majority of revenue is from abroad. Lack the "stomach" for innovation and investment to grow existing opportunities.
