    a friendly environment, solid job-secure,

    Cons

    lack of strategy and plan, unexpected overtime and weekend job, steady salary, shrinking the organization, ambiguous brand position(not premium in compared to Apple/Samsung, but not that cheap against china manafactures)

    Senior management should be diligent to share the vision of company with employee, and don't order inefficient work. for example, many unnecessary paper works are required by senior management.

    Pretty good place for the graduates - Big organization, many chances to learn, job security

    Cons

    Assign employees to wrong spots.
    Always politics, nobody cares "problem solving."
    No communication between management and employees, even though the management says they are always trying.
    Terrible Work/Life balance!!

    Pros

    Anybody can be a top engineer if they do very little effort, Or, if you want to enjoy very slow life in this company, it will be ok even you do nothing.

    Cons

    There are lots of employee who are waiting for next promotion, it means the next won't be mine.
    All of employee knows what the problems are, but managers and directors tend to ignore the problems they recognized. Decisions are always slow so they are very familiar with losing chances.
