    I worked at LGS Innovations

    Pros

I was a software intern at LGS and had an amazing time. We were given interesting projects to work on and although we had full support from our mentors, we were given the freedom to build the project as we saw fit.

I would definitely recommend students looking for a fun and interesting internship to consider LGS innovations

    Cons

Security can get annoying, but you get used to it pretty fast.

I worked at LGS Innovations full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The work is Interesting, important and meaningful. The work environment is good; with the pretense of lots of independence and autonomy. Life is beautiful as part of the chosen few.

    Cons

If you are not part of the 'in crowd', you are a shadow. No advancement, no respect. There's only a few members of the 'in crowd.' Lots of behind-the-scenes maneuvering and power plays. Lead positions are chosen by popularity contest. Don't expect fair treatment. Things really aren't as they seem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Time to call out the middle managers on what is really going on; a company take-over or serving your customers? Time to update HR policies and recognize how people are actually treated.
