I have been working at LISD

    Pros

Great job for stay at home mothers/fathers. You can choose when and where you want to work, pay is not too bad either for part time work.

    Cons

They are in such great need of substitutes that they constantly call your phone and will only give you one option per call of when and where to work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advertise and promote more that your are understaffed, so that the current substitutes do not recieve so many calls, especially at 5 am.
