    Pros

    This company is offering nice:
    - benefits;
    - health insurance;
    - working hours policies;
    - job security, stability;
    - working environment: is mostly relaxed, joyful even - extra working hours are not at all encouraged.
    - both physical and mental health of the employes is very much valued by this company.
    - plenty of opportunities to grow professionally;
    - various technical trainings from which to choose from.

    Cons

    Very hard to find something bad regarding this company.
    Maybe sometimes the technical advancing is too slow.
    Maybe sometimes upper management is a bit too conservatory.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I have been working at LMS International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great opportunity to learn about new technology for budding engineers. Flexible schedule hence easy to manage work/life balance. People are very understanding. Not so stressful there is over all freedom at work from meeting deadlines to taking leaves.

    Cons

    No well defined hierarchy followed hence compensation is also not clearly stated as per promotions. Lack of transparency regarding upcoming projects. Starting salary is high but increments are not good.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the workplace. The office is very cramped.

    I have been working at LMS International full-time

    Pros

    Although being a large company development groups have quite some freedom in their internal working. Development details often left to the software developers as far as they can deliver.

    Cons

    Usually development tools and technologies do not move as far as the outside world. You might end up spending quite some time on a very specific technology and tools which has little usage outside depending on group you are working with

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide more chances for experimentation and discovery outside the day to day work.
